This video is weak. First off, that aimpoint must be garbage, because my Holosun has way better eye relief and eyebox than that. Lots of dots have ranging reticles now. A real red dot is better at short distances than a piggyback or an offset. Not everyone lives where you live, or some of us have different rifles for different scenarios. And you just come across as telling people they suck, because you don’t like yours. Definitely multiple use case scenarios for magnifiers.

Be careful buying magpul ms1/ms3/ms4 slings. They are HEAVILY counterfeited. The counterfeits ARE ok quality, but ok is NOT good enough for me.

I prefer to have 10 rifles all setup in different configurations. If you are grounded in reality at all you really just need a dot for defense because if you need a scope more than likely your going to prison unless someone is actively shooting at you over 100 yards away. If your making decisions based on a fantasy shtf scenario then I would just get a ACOG 3.5x35 with a dot on top of a 308 and be done with it.
